Review content:
This company is shady. It's called River RAT for a reason. Their Living Social offer is deceptive. They neglected to pick us up (and another group) from the shuttle site and told us it was our fault when that is what the sign said! The manager Jordan Graham laughed when we called him at 4:55 pm after waiting since 4:30. He told us to call friends or a cab. He also laughed and said not only would they not pay for the cab, but they wouldn't credit out shuttle fee. Go somewhere else to rent your rafts. They don't care about their customers!
