I had a spring break on my garage door over Labor Day. They actually called me on the holiday to make sure I could get my car out of the garage and then set up an appointment the very next day. Can't say enough about Kane and his customer service.
Since then I've had them install the Liftmaster 8550. Again great service, set up all the remotes and answered all questions.
I'll be a customer for life.
