I took my dog Lola to be groomed there. I should have have went with my gut feeling when I dropped her off. The store smells and was not clean. All of the grooming takes place behind a closed door where you can't even see the other dogs. When I picked her up she had razor burn in numerous places and was cut as well. Lola's eyes were also extremely blood shot. Also, her nails were not clipped properly. They were very sharp. I had to take her to Pet Smart the next day to have her nails fixed. After taking Lola home, I took her back up to Pet Set to find out about her visit and was told that Lola was matted and not well behaved. They stated it was my fault that she was cut and had razor burn. I was charged $50 and was not refunded for any of my visit. This is a ridiculous excuse for abusing a dog. Any professional groomer should know how to handle a dog with out hurting the dog. I am having to take my dog to the Vet today because Lola's eyes are not any better. Pools of blood are in the whites of her eyes which also leads me to believe that Lola was abused. Lola's behavior has drastically changed as well. She now sleeps curled up in a ball next to me. She went from a very free spirited independent dog to a dog that is sad and scared.
