Multiple copy machines were making smudged/streaked copies. They offered to do the copying on the company equipment and replace the 80 sheets of my special white paper. So far so good, but when I got back to the office and started folding, I discovered inside cover of my 8 page bulletin had not been centered and it had NO LEFT MARGINE! (the originals did!) OK, I should have inspected them before I accepted them. (so there went a good stack of my special ivory parchment paper!) Yuk! Too bad they didn't have properly serviced copy machines in the public work area so that I could have done it myself! (I would have cared!). \r \r Also, when it had been time to pay, the clerks didn't know their own price charts. I had to hold firm until someone who knew a bit more showed the clerk a different point on the price chart.
