I was having THEEEE WORST DAY I COULD POSSIBLY have. I was on the last day of my vacation 4hrs away from home and my car had a major break down. Stuck stranded miles away from home with my kids, I was absolutely in a very bad situation. Car was towed to the nearest Toyota dealership in the area which was Steven Toyota but I had no idea how I was going to get home let alone how I was going to get to the dealership which was 30 miles away. Steven Toyota was very sympathetic to my situation and actually sent Ron Pleasant to pick me up and bring me to the dealership and let me say that they sent a super EXPERT for the job. Ron single handed turned my horrible day to the perfect day. He saw how stressed I was and made me laugh for the first time in the past 14 hours of a sleepless night. He was very patient and worked out an unbelievable deal that I am still in disbelief of. My car axle was broken and repair would cost me almost $1000 bucks and would not be ready until 4 days later.
