I called Dr. Fix It to help repair a plumbing problem in an older home. DJG showed up in the appointment time frame and was very professional in explaining what the problem was and how he would repair it. He is a very personable and knowledgeable young man that knew what he was doing and completed the repair in a very timely manner, cleaned up after and even allowed me to watch so I could learn something new, as while I'm pretty handy around the house, this was above my head a bit. Overall this was as pleasant experience as could be expected under the circumstances. Reasonably priced as well. Would hire them again.
