Review content:
I've recommended Ralph Opfer Floors to everyone I talk to. They are very easy to work with. It is not easy to replace carpeting with all the different designs, styles, patterns, and colors there are to choose from. They helped us work through all of that, narrow choices down, and make decisions like should we have tiles or vinyl tiles or carpeting. They got us several samples so we could throw them around the house and see what they looked like at midnight and at six in the morning and in the dining room, et cetera.
They were patient with us and helped us throughout the process. It was not inexpensive and we wanted to make sure we were spending the money wisely. Seven years ago we had hardwood put in and this time we had rugs put in the remaining rooms in the house. The installers were able to do our job, which was multiple rooms, in one day. They had three different installers come in.
The installers were really polite and very clean. They cleaned up after themselves and just really did a good job and worked hard. They didn't take breaks for lunch or anything. They worked until they got the job done. We were very appreciative of that. They were also very helpful. My wife and I are seniors and there were a couple of things that had to be moved. They jumped right in and did that for us. They really deserve some credit.
