I've only had the occasion to use Handyman Matters on two different houses. One had locks changed and a few jobs done before it went to settlement. They were prompt, did a good job, and I was very satisfied with the cost and everything else.
The other was a house that had a lot of damages on the shingles from not being painted when it should have been. It had a lot of rot and damages as a result of the aftermath of termites we had exterminated. My client thought it would be thousands of dollars to fix. I had Handyman Matters come and do an estimate and my client was ecstatic to find out she could have everything fixed for somewhere around $1,200.
So I've only been familiar with their business for a little while. They do a good job, though, and I have told other realtors about them. I would recommend them anytime.
