When I first went in to Carrell Rogers, I realized it was not the same carpet store I thought I was going into. However, Rebekah Logan introduced herself, and made such a professional and knowledgeable impression, I decided why not shop here. She was extremely helpful in finding the best quality carpet in my price range, and explained everything in detail to me. I was that "dreaded" customer who ended up not being happy with the first install in one of the rooms I had done. Carrell Rogers offers what's called a "Beautiful Guarantee" and I was able to find a different carpet with a thicker padding. All I Paid was the difference since it was an upgrade. I was NEVER made to feel bad about my difficult decision, and the store could not have treated me any nicer! That alone is worth 5 stars!
So why 4 stars? ~Well, the first installers were very very slow, and kept taking smoking breaks. They were at our home until 11pm. And afterwards, I could see the seams in the carpeting .
(We were so tired when they left, we just wanted to go to bed.)
After a few weeks of looking at one of the rooms, the tracking marks in the carpet were driving me crazy, and the seams were showing also. (This was remedied upon the 2nd install with the better carpet that didn't track). The 2nd installer, I think his name was Al, was AWESOME! He did a Very fine job, was very professional, and very efficient.
Overall, we had some hiccups, but in the end, all things considered, I (as a local business owner myself) I really, really liked how they conduct their business! And that alone would bring me back should I find myself in need of carpeting again.
