Review content:
I've used The Care Shop service a few times. They're very professional and cordial. One time, I needed a ride home because they had my car overnight and they dropped me off at home which was really nice. The service has always been really good. They have good customer service but the closest thing to an issue was that I asked them for a smog check. They didn't have the certification to do so but they sent my car to a service nearby that did so they did take care of it for me and that impressed me.
