Mars Carpet & Flooring did a good job. I'm really happy. Jim's a good guy. We picked the carpet and we're happy with it. It was installed well. We've known Jim personally, other than through carpeting, for years. He was pretty easy to work with. He let us pick out our color and gave us some direction, but was knowledgeable enough to not tell us what to do.
The installation was good. It's still not finished. We purchased carpeting for three rooms, but have only done one so far. Jim brought all the carpet out and the agreement was that they would do two more rooms later. He said he'd take care of holding the carpet since he has a warehouse.
Jim followed up; we got a thank you letter from him yesterday. I don't know if that's part of the whole process, but it was nice. He's a good guy. He's just really easy to work with and low pressure.
