Review content:
Heartland Vision was one of two locations where I could use my company's vision plan. I called ahead to get a general idea on prices for exam, contacts, etc. Once I got there, the two ladies working treated me as more of an inconvenience than a customer. After my exam, and choosing one of the WAY OVERPRICED frames, I sat down to pay and was given a total over three times what was quoted on the phone. There are multiple hidden charges that they will not tell you about ahead of time. The sales clerk (a middle aged brunette) was so busy texting on her phone while she was ringing me up, did not even give me my prescription so I could order contacts online. I realized this about a half hour towards home and called where I was told I would have to come back to get it. The grand finale was when I got there...no apology for my drive back, but another bill for $30 that they had "forgotten" to charge me for the first time I was there. A computer malfunction the brunette clerk claimed. I will NEVER give Heartland Vision my business again and want to warn everyone about the rude and unprofessional staff.
