Our youngest (of 4) just completed his driver's ed course with 911. We came to 911 after our experiences with two different driving schools with the older three kids, and had chosen the other two based on price and location to our home. Both the extra money and extra drive to classes were completely worth it! 911 has a fantastic website that provides accurate information. They post their office hours and someone answers the phone when I call. Or if I had to leave a message, it was always returned the same day. The Schedule Agent system for scheduling drives is very convenient. The office staff was always friendly and professional when I stopped in to ask questions or take care of business. Their classroom accommodates all students comfortably. I was told when I registered my son that I would need to stay for an orientation on the first day of class (not the case with the last school). I can't recommend 911 Kent enough!
