Review content:
The most immediate thing that stood out to me about Appliance C.A.R.E. was the fact that when we called them in the early evening, we expected to get a voicemail but someone actually answered! Then we weren't sure how soon they could get out to us to fix our malfunctioning fridge. They scheduled us for the very next day after apologizing for not being able to make it that night (not that we had expected that)!
They said they would call 30 minutes before arriving on the day of the appointment. We got a call saying we were next on the list and they were on their way. That was great. We were thrilled with them for letting us know when they were coming. Once they got here, they were polite and worked hard!
