The Carpet Cleaning contractor made an effort to fully understand what we wanted. For example they discussed the relative merits of Eco Friendly Products. In addition they were very open about their abilities and limitations when it came to professional carpet cleaning. We appreciate this type of honesty in addition to their carpet maintenance work.
