Although they score high it has to be a payoff! My parent had gone to them because they felt a private pay facility would be more attentive, however I have never met such trashy help. UA's are not mandatory for employment and it shows. Inattentive staff and corrupt management, my parent insisted that everything was fine however when their lortab began to go missing that was the last straw. I would constantly try to contact the DON or Administrator however they were more concerned with decorating their offices or going to sonic to take any action, finally the culprit was discovered and it was the morning shift nurse! Instead of taking action and red flagging her they forced her to quit when she went on leave. They did nothing to report the cards of missing narcotics and did their best to cover it up. These people care more about appearances than they do for their residents. Never send your love ones to them because they will be neglected and ignored while paying outrageous for crappy food, activities, and care.
