First off I want to say "it's so hard finding a company that seems reliable in every way! I know I've had my share of really bad customer service and when it comes to things like getting your carpet cleaned. You only want the best or at least as close to it as you can get to it" so with that said, I called this company last week to come clean my carpet. it was the first company that I came upon on, and they are local. the dispatcher that answered was very polite. and I could understand everything she was saying (that's a plus to me). So I liked what I heard I even liked that they are environmentally friendly! (even a bigger plus) They came out the next day that was a convenient time for me! (can they get any better) when they time finally came they showed up the dispatcher was nice. asked me exactly where I wanted them to clean. and went to his job. he measured every room he took some of his solutions and showed what my carpet was capable of looking. before he started the work he came to me and told me my price, he explained to me why it was what it was. said that I needed a little more solutions on some parts of my carpet. this company so far, is good! when he started the work I went to take a short walk, well when I came back he was on the next room I looked at the room he had done and it looked great. all of the stains gone... well long story short (lol) this is company really knows what they are doing when it comes to cleaning carpet, I asked them if they clean couches and they said yes! I will have them come next week to my home. they even offered me a 10% off for repeat client! OH YEAH!!!!
