Warning: There are number issues with Bill's, including the foul mouthed Bill himself, as well as what appears to be attempted fraud. I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone who has issues with Bill's to file a complaint with the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair (search for "california automotive repair complaint Bureau" and it should be one of the top links. With enough complaints, Bill will be looking for something else to do than to rip people off.\r

I was referred to Bill's by a long time customer of Bill's, as well as a personal friend of Bill's. I sent email to this person as the Saga continued to unfold, which documents my side of the story. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. The short form is that I had a problem with the exhaust on my vehicle, due to the vehicle being from back east. I talked to Bob and the entire exhaust had to be replaced (which was not unexpected). Bob checked on the pricing and I was given a quote for all Toyota parts. Bob said that it did not make se
