Not impressed with the service or pricing of this Vet chain. They are located in many PetsMarts so you'd think conveinence would mean good service. Not so. \r \r We had a Gerbil emergency and called for advice. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. They told us they would not discuss anything over the phone and we must make an appointment but there were none for the next few days anyway. No No they say---don't go anywhere else, it will be fine, just make an appointment. \r \r Turns out the gerbil had a cold, which is deadly if not given antibiotics right away. The office didn't care that their rudeness and procrastination caused the death of a childs pet.
