My friend had her clutch slave cylindar replaced. They replaced the cylindar and put the torn boot from the original cylindar on the new cylindar. Outrageous! Then when she asked if they would make good on it, they claimed that the repalcement parts do not come with a new boot ( I have never seen a repalcement clutch or slave cylindar that did not come with a new rubber boot fitted to it and have checked and the one for her car always includes the rubber boot). They installed the old torn parts, did not alert her to it, and then they lied to cover their own mistake. Outrageous!
