Dr. Hein is the greatest. I brought my dog in 6 years ago and saw a former doctor who is no longer there who treated my dog for arthritis. She could not manage Shotzie's pain (maybe she did not know about new treatments out there). So, I went to another clinic in hopes to find a doctor who could help Shotzie. He did ok. One day I needed my vet and he was sick (he did not have another doctor) so I called Indian Tree. Claudia, I think was her name, was so attentive and got me in right away. The assistant helping Dr. Hein was helpful in explaining side effects and things to look out for. The doctor put Shotzie on new pain medications for her arthritis and she is like a new dog. She runs around like when she was a teenager. They called me up several times after our appointment to check on Shotzie. Although I know she does not have much time, I really appreciate the care she got for our new doctor to help Shotzie live a longer and happier life with us. You guys really care about animals and
