Over the past 15 years, we have rented a number of homes, both directly from the property owns and through real estate management companies. We have had experiences with conscientious property managers as well as heedless and unprincipled ones. The service that we’ve received from MacPherson’s has been exemplary. In all of our dealings with your Shoreline office, we’ve found the MacPherson staff to be courteous and efficient.
Our particular agent has been exceptionally helpful. His knowledge of the house, and the maintenance and repair needs of older structures, has helped us to keep-up the property and avert potential problems. I have corresponded regularly with your team (mostly by e-mail) over the past year – posing questions and keeping you informed on issues regarding the property. Macpherson’s has always been easy to work with.
