Review content:
They charge for consultation even it they do not have the type of hairpiece you need. My almost 80 year old mother made an appointment for a consulation (they advised she can use the consultation fee towards the purchase of a hairpiece). She arrived early and when (who she later found out was) the owner arrived, he wouldn't let her in because he said they wouldn't be open for 15 minutes. He said she should go get a cup of coffee. When she returned and began her consultation she said she wanted real hair, her color (grey) to fill in sparse spots. The stylist told her they did not make hair pieces in her color. When she checked out they had the nerve to charge her for the consultation. There never should have been a consultation since they do not make her hair color! When I asked to speak to the person in charge, the owner came out in a manner I can only describe as huffy and said that my mother had to pay the consultation fee, that it was too bad they didn't have what she wanted
