Businiess name:  Eddy's Toyota of Wichita
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
When we purchased our Toyota we traded a Saturn from the local Saturn dealership. The treatment we received at the local Saturn dealer in no way prepared us for the Eddy's experience. The first hint of what we were in for came when we were pressured to buy the add on service contract when closing the sale. Then when I brought the car in for service the first time it cost twice as much as the same service at Saturn with none of the add on frills (free car wash, vacuum and free oil change with repeat service punch card). The icing on the cake was when I brought the Toyota in to have a problem fixed. I got attitude from the service manager and no fix. We liked our Toyota but after two years it was beginning to develop a minor problem and rather than deal with Eddy's service department I traded the car off for a new Buick at a "non-Stevens" dealership. PROS: CONS: high price, poor service
