I am the infamous Zack. As I recall this event, I was managing that evening. I received a phone call for a gift certificate. Not a problem we have done gift certificates over the phone. Normally gift certificates purchased over the phone were picked up in store. I was asked to send this gift certificate over night. At the point I have only talked to Vanessa. I explain to Vanessa that I had no way of charging for the postage for over night delivery. The best I could do was to send it regular postage with a stamp. Vanessa asked to charge it to the credit card. I explained that I can not walk in the post office with a credit card number on a sheet of paper and expect for the post office to except it. After trying to explain my situation several times I could not make Vanessa understand. I proceeded to charge the gentleman for his gift card and then place it in the mailbox that evening. \r Several days later I start to get phone calls asking about what happen. I try to explain
