creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,
and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information

In reference to aixelsyd (since the site won't let me comment on it...)
As much junk as you talk about people not knowing what they're doing - for reasons you must not understand - but you put your overly-negative comment on a coffee shop making it look like the coffee shop is a one-star hack. And YOU know what you're doing? Citysearch is not going to get the backlash from your whiny complaining comment; the coffee shop is.
I'm glad I read the review, because I was seriously not going to consider it seeing the one star. Your comment is adding to the problem you're fussing about.
Why don't you take the liberty of contacting the coffee shop and letting them know the Citysearch listing is inaccurate... Don't just complain - do something.
