Last week I was given GREAT treatment and service, but got the evil service writer this time (no names, but his initial is R). \r My Stihl trimmer needed complete service after having Weno put it back together after I had messed it up. My mistakes were corrected so fast and courteously last time that I came back to Weno. (I had put the wrong kind of starter cord in it.) "R" took a glance at it, claimed I had old gas (gas was 3 days old), had water in the gas (again, new gas), and that the mechanic had put Stihl brand starter cord in it last time (he had not replaced the cord I had installed).\r I guess he was offended that I had (very civilly) corrected him. As he walked away, he grabbed 3, maybe 4 work orders, shook them at me and announced that it would be 2 weeks before I got my trimmer back! When it had taken them 2 HOURS to put it back together 4 days earlier!!\r I wish I could just give "R" alone a zero-star rating, but as a chain is only as strong as the weakest link, so a company
