Computer World is the only place to go that is certified by Apple if you're having problems like I did with my MacBook Pro. The RAM was damaged and seeing as I just got it there was no way it was my fault! So luckily Apple covered it. The establishment is very nice looking, yet off a busy road making it kinda tough to get into. Once there the people listen to you and get straight to work. However that's where I feel it stops. While I was in the story they were diagnosing my computer they were working on it, I had to leave my computer there on a thursday and the latest I would get it back would be Tuesday. They promised to call me and keep me updated, yet they did not! I had to call them, and I did! I'm going to college in 23 days I can't be without a laptop I just bought! They were nice when I called but always left saying "Were working on it" I finally got my computer back wednesday! and they said everything was fine, however I noticed something was wrong with flash player so I stayed
