A couple of years ago we used this place and had excellent service. Once we returned to this area after living in Virginia for 2 years, we went back expecting the same service. WRONG!!!! The lady who always helped us in prior years was no longer there. So we aske the gentleman working about using Baquacil for our pool, since that is what we had used before, and what we were used to. The guy told us that they didn't use Baquacil anymore and tried selling us some other brand that was supposed to be compariable to Baqucil. It was more than what we thought we should pay so we ended up not purchasing from them. Once we got home, I searched the internet and the local yellow pages and found out that Baquacil is still out there. It really ticked me off that this person would do that to a customer. I know people try to get business, but thats not the way to do it!
