Review content:
An appliance failure led to water damage in our basement. All our carpet, pergo flooring, neo angle shower, wall cabinet, baseboard, and some sheetrock and insulation had to be removed. Much of the demo work was done and drying equipment was in place the night of the incident. \r

It was a big inconvenience to our family but we ended up with everything better than before the damage was done. Right away I gave Dave from Rapid the phone number for my insurance company, and I gave my insurance company Dave's number. Those two worked out everything directly which allowed my family to just make the decisions of what type of carpet etc. so we could have the finish product we wanted.\r

I most appreciated Rapid's ability to see the project through from beginning to end. My life is busy enough without adding running a construction project and dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend them!
