I came in to have my swollen knees and to finally see what was wrong with my hips since the other 2 times I came for that they never gave me a x-ray. My one knee was swollen twice its size, and the other knee was hurting. I have always had problems with my knees but do NOT suffer with pain on a daily basis. I waited over a hour, then finally someone came into the room. She refused to treat me stating that they don't treat chronic pain, though the nurse just told me they gave injections for pain in between appointments with a doctor that does. Same nurse told me to go to a pain clinic...ah no thank you!!! In my opinion, I believe they thought I was there for pain pills, which I told the nurse at the beginning that I did NOT want. I was hoping for a anti flamatory meds. Which of course, I did not get. The "doctor" asked me 4 times if I wanted pain pills, and all 4 times I told her no. I left in tears, swollen and not treated. They also accused of walking out on my appointment,
