I had read horror stories on the internet about shipping vehicles and after a week of research, I relied on the BBB review and some Yelp reviews to choose MONTWAY to arrange delivery of my new truck from the West Coast to the East Coast. I was highly skeptical that any of the auto haulers would deliver without damage in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of $$. Montway assured me from the start that the trucker they assigned would. My vehicle was not on a "shipping lane," and I expected a long wait for pick up. My truck was picked up 5 days later, a day EARLIER than quoted, and delivered in 11 days, for one of the lowest prices I'd been quoted by others. Elana' was excellent in initial explanations, Laura followed up later,\r
and the drivers communicated as expected and showed up precisely on time. My truck was delivered without a scratch on it. Drivers were courteous and competent. I would highly recommend this company.
