Several months ago, I hired Montway to move my Mercedes from Tacoma, WA to Palm Springs,CA. Then I changed my mind. They refunded the security deposit back to my credit card immediately that day. When I recently decided to ship the car, they had it assigned within 2 hours to a local company in my area. All though the fine print says they have no liability for items in the trunk, I shipped a brand new 42" SONY flatscreen and some other items in the trunk. I received the car one day early in Palm Springs without any damage and absolutely nothing was missing from the trunk. I have ZERO complaints about Montway and highly recommend the company to anyone considering their services.
