Review content:
Within hours of calling this company because our heat went out, they were on the job. Taking only 3 hours to have the heat working, which included rewiring our entire unit, our serviceman was very fast.
However, later that night, my husband checked the air conditioner to make sure it was working. It wasn't. So the next morning I called them back out. Again, within a few hours the same serviceman was out here, even though air conditioning is not a necessity in thirty degree weather. This made me feel as if they take their jobs very seriously. And are ready and willing to do anything to make the customer happy.
It took him about an hour to find the wire he had forgotten to hook back up when he rewired the unit. When he was leaving, he informed me that there would be no charge for that visit. Talk about standing behind your work!!
