Review content:
The pool in the house where we are now was put in by English Pools and we have been in this house over 10 years. The filter has never broken, and the Polaris pump has had to be serviced, and the Polaris itself traded in, but that is the extent of it. I have gone "across the street" to have my polaris looked at a few times a few years ago and they never fixed the problem... and we went back to English. We needed a new liner for the pool, and I went to a company that put it in for less. The liner came out of the tracks, they fixed it, the liner fell back out from the tracks and they blamed us,( DON"T GO TO SUN POOLS THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF) they stopped answering my phone calls, and I went back to English. Mrs. English ALWAYS returns my phone calls, and they have fixed and will probably keep fixing the botched liner job that SUN POOLS did. This just goes to show you, you pay for what you get. Thanks Mrs. English!!
