However, Dr. Speiser has developed a brilliant, diabolical, and predatory business plan that extracts the maximum payment possible from all clients.\r The first step in the IVEC process is for the staff to treat their clients as though they are ignorant about their pets, insensitive and unaware of what is happening, and no matter what illness or accident has befallen your pet, you are somehow at fault.
