Unfortunately, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT utilize the services of A Computer Repair Shoppe.\r I took my laptop to Dave earlier this year, and his shoppe was broken into one evening. My $800.00 laptop was stolen along with other computers. Dave did NOT carry insurance for this type of situation. \r I asked Dave if he had any type of customer plan in dealing with this theft and he said, "No. If you look on your receipt when droping off the computer, it says Not responsible for losses due to theft or vandalism."\r OK, Dave...you are right...it does say that on there. How could you run a business dealing with thousands of dollars of OTHER people's computers and such? Are you not ashamed of yourself? Could you not, at the very least, offer to pay a portion of a replacement computer for those of us who experienced this theft from YOUR establishment?\r You have left me with only one course of action Dave.
