Jeff and his crew at J&W Auto Repair were amazing! We were in Live Oak for a funeral, having traveled from St. Petersburg. Our Hummer was towed into his shop at 3:45pm yesterday, Wednesday, afternoon. All the signs pointed to a transmission problem, and we thought we would have to rent a car to get back home. The nereby rental car place closing at 5pm. Jeff and his awesome crew got right to work on it and diagnosed the problem as a catalytic converter, he kept me apprised every step of the way, even working past their closing time to get it done. He had parts on hand and even took the Hummer on a test run to make sure it would be ok for the 240+ mile ride home. I can't thank Jeff and all his great staff enough!!!. We arrived back home last night, safe and sound! I would recommend J&W Auto repair without hesitation, whether you live in Live Oak or nearby, or if you are not familiar with the area and driving through, PLEASE. do yourself a favor and go to J&W Auto Repair.
