This business is a ripoff. They charge 2-3X what the dealer charges for a given repair. I have the records to prove it. They are charming con artists, nothing more. Here's the story: \r

I knew what the problem was going before going in for an estimate--the brakes were not working properly. When they told me the total estimate ($1500), I asked them to tell me exactly they needed to repair (the specific parts), and how much the parts and labor would cost. I then called the dealer and told them what needed to be repaired, both the parts and the labor. The dealer told me that the parts would cost one-third (!) of what U Foreign Car quoted--that's what they would charge ME for the parts. And the dealer told me the work on the car would cost *half* of the labor charge quoted by UFC. I called UFC back and double checked on what they intended to do, making sure I understood the repair. I had it right. \r
