We took our pet to Reginas on kingston rd in Shreveport recently and had been there a couple of times in the past when it was under DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP!! Our most recent visit will be our last. We took our pet there at 9:00am as instructed to do and about 2:00pm we called to inquire on the progress and to see when our pet would be ready, We were informed it would be there later in the afternoon before our pet would be ready. Our pet had already been there FIVE HOURS in a cage with appearantly no water, because when we returned home she drank her water bowl almost dry. The place appears very unkept,borderline filthy!! The staff there is very rude and extremely unprofessional. I went to get my pet UNGROOMED and took her to a more reputable establishment. I would'nt recommend them to do stray animals, much less an animal you care for. We will not be back!!
