Review content:
The staff attentively listened to the kind of bike and features I was looking for based on age (68), use (ocean beach) and limitations (arthritis). They helped me test ride several models. They never tried to steer me toward the more expensive ones and never hurried me. Always gave me the pro's and con's of each model. After settling in on the best bike for me, my wife liked it so much that I returned and bought her the lady's model. We are very pleased with the bikes and the great service. The price for the two bikes was unbeatable.
