Do not ever go to All Cats Care Center and admit your pet until you are confident your pet treatment and the financial cost is completely laid out. Be sure to ask all of the "what if" questions - not just mortality questions. The care of cats is not cheap here by any means. If your pet is going to have the procedure find out from the doctor what the success rate is and what the chances are that it won't need to be repeated. Find out what her expectations are if so and what the ramifications are if you can't or don't want to pay for further treatment. Explore her philosophy on euthanizing - her criteria... and your expectations. You don't want to be in the situation of deciding that in the midst of post 1st surgery that it didn't "stick" and the condition recurring even before the cat leaves the office and facing the need to repeat and pay again because the vet doesn't think euthanizing is appropriate.
