Review content:
We just shared an incident with Romanation Jewelers that I feel should be shared. A customer of ours purchased a beautiful diamond ring from us and took it to Jim to be sized. He looked at the ring and told her that the diamonds were not real. Needless to say she was terribly upset. She quickly came back to our store demanding a refund which we immediately gave to her. The following day I took the ring to a local GEMOLOGIST to double check our findings as we do not purposely mislead our customers. THE RING WAS DEFINATELY REAL! I find it absolutely terrible that a Jewelry store would insult the integrity of another store, especially if they are NOT QUALIFIED appraise stones. What is worse is that it was the owner of the store who absolutely showed no remorse when approached the following day. We will be sending our customer to JK Bloom for sizing's in the future and for other repairs, their only one block down from our store. SHAME ON YOU JIM, AND SHAME ON ROMANATIONS good name!!\r
