They were great about getting me in same day and giving me a loaner for overnight. However, the receptionist was arguementative about taking my keys off and leaving my car unlocked (I wanted it unlocked due to non working locks) and she said that she couldn't do this (even though they've don it before) also I specifically said NOT to move my electric seat back as it won't go forward and I am short. Well it was moved back and by a stroke of luck it went forward this one time. So they lucked out. As for my keys, my key is a big thick black key that is difficult to get back on so I have my keys on a removable system that is very easy to operate. The receptionist had major issues with this and insisted on taking my key off the ring. She said that they have a tool to put back on and would gladly do this. However, since I always pick up after hours that wouldn't have worked for me. I also felt my repair was a tad on the expensive side.
