I tired this salon for a couple of years because I just didnt know where else to go.. but every time I left I ran home and washed my hair because the style was done sooo badly.I even paid for an updo one time for a special occasion. I was the worst thing I had ever seen. I was always on time and always had to wait sometimes over a half an hour for my appt. I stayed with this salon mainly because I could depend on the stylest at least not chopping my hair off. I just wanted to have a long style. I never received a great shampoo/massage in all this time. It was done very quickly. The price for a trim was ok. This was not a good experience and I am glad to say I have found a much better place/experience
