They are HORRIBLE! I have only had my puppies for a few months, and that place is a zoo. They are so completely disorganized. My puppy had problems, I went back 4 times and they kept telling me the meds were ready. Each time I returned, they had no idea what I was talkng about. He missed several days of antibotics (which is very dangerous) because of their incompetance. The staff hung up on me twice on the phone after the 4 time I went back. \r

I just cut my losses and went to Wellington. A breath of fresh air!
