I love this vet... I always get great customer service from the front desk... one reviewer said that whenver they call about their pets health their always told to 'bring them in' because all they want is your money... I find this to be the opposite... I call and ask many questions before bringing my cat in and they always answer every question without making me feel rushed or unimportant... and then they decide whether they think it's best to bring the cat in right away or to try a few things first and if it continutes to get worse to then bring her in... Dr. Shelley is the best... she even recommends emailing her with pictures (depending on the ailment) so you don't have to keep coming in... they always make my cat feel very comfortable by petting, playing, or holding her during examinations... and unlike other vets I've been to, they let her roam freely around the room so she's not scared out of her mind being forced to stay on a metal table... you can tell by just being in there t
