Please if you are thinking of taking your pet here..go somewhere else! I just came back from the worst experience of my life. \r

After having problems and seeing Dr Rose 2 weeks ago(he is excellent) ,over the past several weeks the difficult decision to euthanize my 11 year old dog was made by my family. I had called and also asked in person several times as to how this would work. I asked for charges and how it would be handled on the day of, I even asked if I could pay in advance so I could just take my dog and not have to deal with anything else but her that day. I was told it would cost around $205, we would come in, be put in a private room and we would pay in advance and have all that done then they would euthanize her. We could stay as long as we wanted and leave by a separate entrance. Okay so we braced ourselves for what we had to do.\r

Today we get there before they start appointments and are put in one room and told the dog will have a catheter put in place and reception
