I was SO shocked to see 4 bad reviews for this vet/hospital. I was going to a vet that was not a hospital as well. Then my cat got sick one night & I called them as it was after 8pm & I didn't know what to do & was frantic. My sister uses Old Marple & loves them & suggested I call them. I told them his symptom's & they told me to bring him right in. It was a Sunday night. I took him over & they took me right back to see the ER doctor. He told me what was wrong & exactly what needed to be done. He said he had to unblock him & after it was done, he would call me to let me know how he was doing. 2 hours later, he called me, told me he was doing ok & that I would get a call every day from the ER dr w/ an update. I got those calls from the dr's who were SO nice & answered all my q's. I also called them several times a day & they were nice enough to check on him & give me updates each time. One of the tech's there was SOOO nice, he talked to me for 45 mins on the phone & explained all that w
