Review content:
I had been taking my cats to Old Marple for about 10 years. Over that time, I watched as the prices increased while the service slowly decreased. But because I didn't want the hassle of finding a new vet, I kept taking them there. That all changed after the changeover to VCA (Dec 2009). All of the problems have gotten worse. Wait times seem to have doubled as there never seems to be enough technicians to help the frantic vets. \r \r The final straw happened when my older cat almost died when she waited several hours before they had sufficient staffing to perform surgery. Whoever took over for Dr. Tyson (former owner/manager) is even more incompetent than he was.\r \r I have since switched to Wellington in Newtown Square so that my cats could get the proper care from their former vet, Dr. Henry, as she moved there several months ago..
